LaMoure County Property Assessment Notices were mailed on February 8th, 2021. The notices were intended to inform property owners of the estimated market value of their property. The values should not be confused with taxable value or the tax bill. The 2021 reappraisal was conducted by Vanguard Appraisals, Inc to equalize assessed values since not all properties decrease or increase at the same rate.
