In compliance with federal law, the LaMoure County Local  Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), gives notice that the LaMoure County Emergency Operations Plan which includes the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s) have been received and reviewed by the LaMoure County LEPC.

These documents, along with the hazardous materials response plan for LaMoure County, are available for public inspection at the LaMoure Courthouse – Emergency Manager Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
